Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championship Presented by Movistar Punta Hermosa, Peru
The Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championship Presented by Movistar started today in flawless conditions at Señoritas and Caballeros. The left and right pointbreaks presented well overhead, long and glassy waves for the entire first day of competition.

In training for the upcoming ISA World Junior Surfing Championships in Peru, the Verizon Wireless Hawaii Junior Surf Team takes to Oahu’s South Shore. With the team assembled, coaches ran mock heats to get the junior surfers’ heads in the game.

The Verizon Wireless Hawaii Junior World Team will be competing against the worlds best Junior wave riders for 8 consecutive days to see if they can once again bring home a medal or two individually as well as thru a team effort.
